दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से उद्धव गुट को बड़ा झटका, मानहानि मामले में उद्धव ठाकरे, संजय राउत और आदित्य ठाकरे को जारी किया समन
महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से झटका लगा है। दीवानी मानहानि के एक मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने उद्धव ठाकरे को समन जारी किया है। उद्धव के अलावा उनके बेटे आदित्य ठाकरे और पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता संजय राउत को भी समन जारी किया गया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 17 अप्रैल को होगी।

बता दें, दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र के सीएम एकनाथ शिंदे गुट के नेता और सांसद राहुल रमेश शेवाले की याचिका पर समन जारी किया है। रमेश शेवाले ने तीनों नेताओं के खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर करवाया है।
